We collect only information voluntarily provided when you contact us or request a studio session:
- Direct Communications: Your name, email address, telephone number, and session details communicated via email, phone, or our booking generator.
- Recorded Studio Materials: Audio stems and video recordings captured during your session. These files are treated as confidential intellectual property belonging exclusively to you.
- Technical Data: Basic server log data (IP address, browser type) used strictly for web server performance and security.
3. Use of Personal Information
Your details are used exclusively to:
- Confirm, schedule, and execute studio recording appointments.
- Transmit master stems, invoices, and technical project files.
- Respond to technical questions and production inquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies & Measurement Technologies
Our website uses necessary technical cookies to remember basic user preferences. In addition, we deploy the Google Ads measurement tag (tag ID: AW-18439612448) to evaluate general website traffic.
Google Consent Mode v2: By default, all advertising cookies, ad user data, and ad personalization cookies are denied (blocked) when you load the site. 5. Storage and Security of Recorded Media
Master audio and video files recorded in our Toronto studio are kept on local encrypted storage drives during production. Raw stems are maintained for a standard backup grace period of 30 days after your session, after which they are permanently deleted unless an extended archive agreement has been arranged in writing.

Under Canadian privacy legislation and GDPR where applicable, you have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your contact records.
